Habit Tracking & Well-being
Moments: Habit & Mood Tracker
Most habit trackers count streaks. Moments checks whether a habit changes how you feel. Check in with one swipe, and it compares the days you did each habit with the days you didn't, using your mood, energy, sleep, and heart-rate data.

About Moments
Moments is a private habit and mood tracker for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. A streak tells you that you did a habit; Moments looks at whether it changed anything. Check in with one swipe (drag the sun up for energy and right for how good you feel, then pick what you’re doing), and over a few weeks the app shows which habits line up with better mood, energy, sleep, and heart-rate variability.
Habit ROI compares your mood on days you logged a habit against days you didn’t, same-day and next-day. If you’d rather not wait and watch, a 7-Day Experiment turns any single habit into a one-week test and hands you a verdict (worked, didn’t, or too early to tell) as a card you can keep or share.
Connect Apple Health and Moments adds sleep, steps, exercise, mindful minutes, HRV and resting heart rate to the picture, and can save each check-in back to Health as a State of Mind. Face Check, a free beta, offers a second opinion on tired days: a 20-second look through the front camera that runs entirely on your device and keeps no photos.
Day to day it’s still the mood journal it started as: a timeline that shows mood and habits side by side, weekly energy trends compared against last week, a full iPad layout, and an Apple Watch app plus Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for logging without opening the app.
An Android version is coming soon to Google Play, built natively for phones, tablets and foldables, with Health Connect in place of Apple Health.
Everything lives on your device. No accounts, no servers, no ads and no tracking. The daily loop of check-ins, timeline, weekly trends, 7-Day Experiments and Face Check is free and unlimited. Moments Plus is an optional subscription for people who want to go further: Habit ROI, long-term insights, advanced patterns, export, archive search, and optional iCloud sync through your own account.
